Missed your Clubbercise fix or been meaning to try a class? then join us this week.
Clubbercise is a fun easy-to-follow dance workout to club anthems from the '90s to now, in a darkened room with disco lights, glow sticks, great music and atmosphere. Suitable for all levels of fitness.
PLEASE NOTE:- The 7.10pm class on Tuesdays at St Nicholas Church will only run if there is a minimum number of 10 people weekly. Please book by 4.30pm on the day. If there are not enough participants to run the class, each participant will be notified by 5pm and will be able to transfer to another class of their choice.
THE OCTOBER MAINTENANCE ONLINE PACKAGE is a mixture of short workouts including an arm workout, leg workout, stomach workout, dance workout plus a 1 hr circuit class.
The shorter workouts are perfect if you don't have much time and can be done at a time that suits you best and as often as you like within the rental period. This online package runs from Monday to Sunday each week, regardless of when purchased so to get the best benefit, buy on Monday morning.
